About Us
Bardez Cakes is owned and operated by a husband and wife team, who realised their passion for baking overlapped with their passion (or at the least, lots of enthusiasm with ordinary success) for gardening.
With experience in baking industry, we researched and adapted our craft to suit our skills in an effort to give more as bakers.
We began to realise that we had a passion in creating cakes that acted not only as a dessert, but as a centrepiece in which all celebrations centre around. We figured, if so much effort went into styling an event with flowers, the cake should extenuate this attention to detail.
